Just a brief background; I am a pale girly, have tried every self tan on the market and they're either too patchy, too orange, don't last long enough etc. This tan goes on so nicely (I use a mitt but have tried hands too), it is probably the perfect amount of warm for me (again, a very pale girly), it does have a developing scent (not as bad as most of the others that I've tried) but the initial application scent is a soft, comforting smell. Once you apply it, it does indeed almost have a 'guide colour' as the product goes quite white on your skin (almost like sunscreen would, obviously not QF's!) and then you have to rub it in again or pat your skin for it to be completely clear on your skin. This formula is a buttery foam but it does dry down the quickest over any of my other mousse formulas that I've tried. I am being transparent here and I will say that by the end of my tan I have noticed in some areas that the staying power isn't as good (i.e my chest - probably where I am moving around a lot etc). It definitely does look natural when applied correctly, it has taken me a few attempts but I've got the hang of it now. People have asked me if I've been on holiday (which is the biggest compliment when self tanning!), and I do want to add that there is so much product in this bottle! You definitely do get your money's worth, so QF please do not change the formula, unless its for big improvements! Hope this helps anyone who is skeptical, I had seen them on tiktok for so long…
